- You must provide: Name/Business Name, Payment Details, E-mail Address & Business Address (If you have one) before payment confirmation.

- Orders are placed by deposits. No work or drafts will be made without a 50% deposit of the total payment. The other 50% is paid after completion before being sent out.

- There is a no refund policy on deposits. Only exception for refunds is for completeD payments/work. (Only eligible if an agreement was made for files to be kept and was lost in the process. A 50% refund will be given back)

- My own, copyrighted or any other designers work cannot be copied without permission.

- Once a draft has been agreed on for further development. Only 1 change are given FOR FREE. Anymore revisions after will be charged. (Amount depends on the changes requested)

- Unfinalised orders will be held for 1 WEEK if not attended to, failing to update me with notice of the continuation of said order will result in it being scrapped. An extra fee will be placed on top if you decide to have the scrapped work re-done.

- Original work/editable files are only kept on request for a small fee unless an agreement on collaboration was made.

- Paying in other currencies besides GBP (£) an additional VAT% will be added to your sub-total.

- Photography and videography services are only available depending on the location and time. In addition, an extra travel fee is included with these services.
